This report details the findings of the trace and access work performed to identify and locate a suspected leak under the driveway in Sunningdale.
This investigation was carried out as part of an ongoing effort to locate and repair the suspected leak.
To investigate the potential leak under the driveway we conducted a pressure test on the water line feeding into the driveway area, a drop in pressure confirmed the presence of a leak.
We then used a non – toxic tracer gas to pinpoint the leak’s location, the tracer gas was injected into the suspected pipeline beneath the driveway.

The leak was identified and pinpointed under the drive. This leak is likely from an aging water pipe or joint connection that has deteriorated overtime.
A small excavation was made at the location of the leak. This provided us direct access to the damaged pipe for repair.
The leak under the driveway was successfully located, the underlying cause appeared to be aging of the pipe.
Access was made for the repair, preventing any further damage to the driveway or water loss.
