Leak Detection Report for Flats in Southwest London.

On visible inspection we could see there was a leak on the ground floor property that has not been seen again, there is a drainage pipe that comes from the flats above down to the ground floor property.

We tracked the drainage pipe to the second flat which is directly above the ground floor property, the drainage pipe was found in flat twos entrance cupboard.

We performed a moisture test on the boxing surrounding the drainage pipe in flat two, the test came back as no moisture found.
On conclusion it seems that the leak was a one off and has not appeared since. There are stains surrounding the drainage pipe which comes from flat two down to the ground floor property, indicating there was a previous leak.

Flat four which is located above flat two recently had a new shower fitted, this could have been the cause of one of leak.

All flats are occupied and there has been no leak since.
