For this property in Farnham, we attended site to detect a potential water leak.
When we arrived on visual inspection we couldn’t see signs of a leak on the external grounds.
We conducted a water metre flow test at the metre found directly in front of the church, the water metre dial was still with no movement.
After the metre flow test, we did a pressure test, the internal pipe work including the main water supply pressure tested at 4.3 bar pressure over a 30-minute period, this shows us there’s no pressure being lost.
In conclusion to this leak detection, we found no leak on the internal pipes or main water supply.
We conducted a pressure test and water metre flow test, and both came back with no lead to a leak.
There could potentially be a tee off water supply which supplies a neighbouring building, we checked the building directly next door’s water metre and found no movement on their water metre.
When we left the property, we took a water metre reading of 01190.
